Banana Torte
BANANA TORTE
makes 4×9” round pans
9 bananas well ripened
1 ½ cups butter, softened
2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
6 eggs room temp
3 tsp vanilla
6 cups pastry flour
3 tsp baking soda
Mix butter and sugar together and whip until
fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla
then sour cream. Add baking soda to flour. Then
gradually add flour just until incorporated then
add bananas.
